I take patients on a by-appointment basis, and my clinic hours are on Tuesdays, some Wednesday afternoons and Thursdays.
My schedule has a tendency to book up several weeks in advance so please do plan ahead!
You can reach me via phone or text message, and I generally return calls/texts within one business day. If you do not hear from me, you can assume that I did not receive your message or text, or that I am out of cell phone range. Please try again! I travel out of the country from time to time, and don't have cell coverage and often miss texts at this time.
Insurance and payment : I prefer to take payment in the form of cash and personal checks in order to keep my pricing structure low and accessible. I also accept credit cards, Venmo and CashApp. I do not accept insurance assignment, though I will give you a properly coded receipt/bill that you can submit on your own for reimbursement if you have coverage for out-of-network providers.
Cancellation Policy: I understand that lots of different kinds of unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. It is my hope to be effective but fair to all of my patients and their needs, and thus the following policies are in place:
24 hour advance notice is required when you must cancel your appointment. This allows another patient in need to schedule an appointment in your stead. If you are unable to give me 24 hours advance notice, I regret that I do need to charge you the full price of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. This also applies if you forget or just don't show up for whatever reason.
Please note that if you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate the folks whose appointments are after yours. It may need to be determined whether there is enough time remaining to start a treatment that day or not. Please try to be on time, and text or call to let me know if you are running behind.
